The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful during our stay at the time of the hurricane in the Eastern USA. We are so thankful that we returned to the Mediterraneo for the third time in the past year. The two women at the front desk held our room while we checked at the airport for our flight and Walter welcomed us each day,remembered our room number and checked the computer for our flight. We are incredibly appreciative of the excellent staff at your hotel! Many thanks!
